 Samsung  is one of the leading company in producing hardware parts and electronics used by consumers.         The products introduced by them are design oriented and innovative. The products are design based on focus of the present and future environment.  The hardware of Samsung can be integrated with various types of operating systems and software. The production costs are too less when compared to other companies used to develop same kind of products.

WEAKNESSES 

    Unauthorized using of some technology caused the company to get patent infringement. The level of scaling in terms of profit is too low. . The other companies which produce devices with similar technology are largest buyers.Samsung failed to maintain its own rightful operating system and software.Focusing on wide variety of products made company to concentrate less on each product.

OPPORTUNITIES

In some countries like India growing market of smartphones is a big opportunity to grow sales.The advertisements of mobile industry are growing in most of the countries.The quality application processors are more in demand. Smart devices like tablets usage is growing along with mobile smartphones.

THREATS

 The technology change is rapid in the market.The patent rights are being breached. Apple company iTV launch is big threat to the company. Wars arise in terms of price. Hardware production margins are being declined.
